[manjaro-dev] buildiso: specifying the profiles dir

The current iso-profiles from git are needing at least the version
v0.11. Therefore you have to use 'manjaro-tools-git' for now. You can
find the PKGBUILD in our extra repository on github.com/manjaro.

Create a folder and checkout the latest iso-profiles. On first start
manjaro-tools will find it automatically. Best would be to create a
folder in your home dir.
