[manjaro-dev] [manjaro-tools] Migration to a new iso-profiles structure

OK, updating my test system now with the latest ABI updates and Plasma 5.5
from unstable.
I will begin checking our packages and start recompiling anything that I
need to tomorrow morning.
I'll also be once again checking our diversions (netrunner-menu and
netrunner-panel, etc.) against the latest code in plasma 5.5 as well as for
any issues with the ABI change.
