[manjaro-dev] accessibility package updates

I only see now that we have a separate pkg 'brltty-sonar' in our repos 
with the single difference of the '--disable-static' option.
So lets see if this is maybe something to be included for everyone and I 
will meanwhile update brltty-sonar.
