Hi Eugen,

this package always lands first in unstable branch. You can install it
from the pool folder in any branch:

sudo pacman -U
http://mirror.netzspielplatz.de/manjaro/packages/pool/overlay/plymouth-dev-0.9.2.r21.gf806843-1-`uname
-m`.pkg.tar.xz
