Which kernel do you use and which version of 'manjaro-tools'. The
current version is 0.9.13.1. 'overlayfs' is set as default as 'linux40'
and up support this filesystem. Kernels lower than that default to
'aufs'. The current recommended kernel is 'linux41' to use as build and
target kernel for your ISO.
