[manjaro-dev] MDM 2 & plymouth

hi,

somehow plymouth-quit-wait dures longer with MDM.
is cost around 20second longer....then needed.

and afterwars plymouth-quit-wait
fail...

for moment i have masked this thing. dont know where the issue is...

have looked intoo the service file tried removing rc-local   also i did 
not find it.. but stil no joy, so i masked it, te boot is as normal...
