Hi team,

I have since quite some time the idea to possibly dissolve mkiso, and 
integrate it in some new util.sh.
The reason behind, we could better coordinate error messages and 
intercept errors.
As it currently is, mkiso is basically just a wrapper for mkchroot with 
some additional xoriso features.

buildiso-->mkiso-->mkchroot-->basestrap


What would be the pros and cons?

Con:
obviously, no separate script to make iso

Pro:
better error handling for chroot, no double and triple abort msg and stuff.

What are your thoughts? Please add pros or cons.
