That's weird.. I can't really speak for catalyst and can't confirm this as I 
don't have a amd card.. But I do have a nvidia one and in it's control center 
I can pick any location to save the configuration file and name it anything I 
want.. It would really really surprise if catalyst control center didn't have 
this option also.
