[manjaro-dev] linux 3.15 & 3.16 Slow connection internet

hi,

this bug is already longer in existence.

Bus 001 Device 003: ID 0cf3:7015 Atheros Communications, Inc. TP-Link 
TL-WN821N v3 / TL-WN822N v2 802.11n [Atheros AR7010+AR9287]

under kernel 3.12 is speed fine, but under those two seems back slow..
atheros of mine always trouble on slow, i even have to slower my stick 
with iwconfig to not drop.
i think that wont leave.. but in 3.15 and 3.16 doesnt allow me to see an 
flash player proper and under speed test is dramatical slow to the router
