[manjaro-dev] [irc] change link from main website

can you change the link from mainwebsite too #manjaro-fra   for irc 
support

because we cant get owner on manjaro.fr and founder is gone and 
Freenode says  for support channel is better to do like manjaro-fr not 
manjaro.fr ,  well..


think is beter a new chan, and from main site change the webchat to 
#manjaro-fra
