Hi Peter,
Manjaro is different. We sync Arch-Stable first to our unstable branch.
Then we build our packages against that snapshot. So Manjaro-Unstable is
Archlinux stable with daily updates ;)

You can install the file from here:
sudo pacman -U
http://repo.manjaro.org.uk/pool/overlay/os-prober-1.63-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz
