Hi Jarkko,

Your problem is your hardware, your graphics card ATI 7870. We have old 
drivers on our proprietary side. If free drivers don't work then there 
is the issue too. Manjaro is far from final. I assume you tested our 
0.8.7 install medias. There are newer development install medias you 
might try out. If you select a language it is always to select your 
system language. You might have skipped the language selection on bootup 
so you can change it in our graphical installer.

Manjaro is designed as "what you see is what you get". If you never boot 
to a graphical environment it might not work yet.
Please go to our forums at http://forum.manjaro.org/index.php?board=26.0 
and search for an install media shipping Catalyst 13.11 which might 
support your hardware better. There we already ship Thus, our new 
graphical installer.
