[manjaro-dev] Manjaro not retaining Settings for Some Users

A few forum members have complained that their settings for keyboard and
language are not being set properly (i.e. upon rebooting, they are restored
back to whatever they started with).

I also have to look at screen resolutions not being set in Openbox.
Switched Arandr with LXRandr for this reason. However, if the proplem still
persists, then should be able to write a simple executable to override the
relevant config file or something.
