<p>Arch will not add pygtk as a runtime depends because deluge can
be run without its gtk-interface.<br>
Also optdepends description already lists it, specifying:<br>

<p>So I guess there's no point in keepin our overlay because we'd
have to maintain it permanently just for that.<br>
Most people using gtk environments will likely have pygtk
installed anyway as a depends of other applications.<br>

Until fixed we can have an overlay, sure. The package is definitely
broken without depends pygtk.
