[manjaro-packages] [Stable Review] 2017-06-25 - Release of v17.0.2

Hi Phil.

So the plan is to do another stable snap with the release?
Although I've built my rc images against stable I think testing branch 
packages should be fine, too. I don't know of any issues.
The profiles packages I have rebuilt with label 17.0.2 already, just one 
commit is missing:

Maybe we just wait a little longer and then package a pkgrel-2 of the 
community profiles ...
